All product materials are made of mainstream high-strength, high wear resistant, and stable durable materials in the market. Wear resistant steel plates with a hardness greater than HB425. The thickness shall not be less than the industry average. And all products undergo quality testing before leaving the factory to ensure their reliable and stable usability.

Introduce the functionality and usage scenarios of our various attachments:

Bucket: a basic earthmoving tool used for excavating, loading, and transporting various loose materials. It can be customized with irregular structures according to working conditions, such as widened loading hoppers, narrowed trench hoppers, and trapezoidal trench hoppers.    

Scenario: Earthworks, mineral loading, drainage ditch excavation, lotus root collection, and other low to medium abrasive working conditions.  

Rake: Separate mixed materials, clean crushed stones, roots, and debris from ruins, with adjustable tooth gaps to prevent pipeline damage.    

Scenario: Clearing of post disaster ruins, sorting of agricultural straw, and removal of debris from municipal green belts.  

Semi Automatic Quick Change: Switch attachments within 3 seconds, integrate pressure sensors to monitor the locking status in real-time, and prevent accidental detachment during operation.    

Scenario: Multi process rotation scenario (such as switching to compaction construction after digging trenches), significantly reducing equipment idle time.  

Grapple: Dual cylinder driven jaw plate, supporting 360 ° hydraulic rotation, with a gripping force of 8.2 tons (suitable for 20 ton excavators).  

Scenario: Loading and unloading of logs/sugarcane, handling of straw bundles, and grabbing of lightweight scrap steel in the waste yard.  

Ripper: Crushing hard rock layers and frozen soil, pre loosening clumped soil to facilitate subsequent excavation operations.    

Scenario: Excavation of hard rock in mines, foundation construction in frozen soil areas, and loosening of weathered rock layers.  

Auger: Hydraulic driven planetary reduction motor drives spiral blades to drill deep holes, with a verticality error of ≤ 0.5 °.    

Scenario: Installation of power poles, tree planting holes, and drilling of building pile foundations.

Hammer: High frequency impact crushes concrete and sub hard rock layers, with built-in anti air valves to protect oil seals and pistons.  

Scenario: Demolition of buildings, demolition of road surfaces, secondary fragmentation of mines.  

Root Topper: The serrated blade quickly cuts through the roots of shrubs, reducing the damage to soil structure caused by vegetation clearing.    

Scenario: Clearing of forest land, removal of old tree roots in orchards, ecological restoration project.  

Steel Grabbing Machine: Enhanced jaw plate for grabbing heavy scrap steel and large ores, with dual oil cylinders providing a closing force of ≥ 12 tons (suitable for 30 ton excavators).  

Scenario: Metal sorting in scrap steel yard, loading of ore onto trucks, and transportation of heavy materials at ports.  

Trimmer: The curved edge precisely trims the slope and groove contours, with smooth edges and no burrs.  

Scenario: River slope protection and shaping, green belt trench repair, highway shoulder maintenance.  

Mechanical Thumb Clamp: works in conjunction with a digging bucket to grip irregular objects such as pipes and stones, expanding the functionality of the basic digging bucket.  

Scenario: Stone factory waste material handling, construction site pipeline installation, and cleaning of large debris in ruins.
