Stepping into Glorymax's production workshop, the sounds of machines roaring, workpieces clattering, and pneumatic tools whirring on the assembly line blend together. All five workshops are operating at full capacity, from parts processing to complete machine assembly.

"The latest batch of orders destined for Europe has just been packed, and the next batch is already in production," said the workshop manager, pointing to a row of mini excavators being tested. These machines will soon be shipped to overseas customers by sea.

Export data confirms market enthusiasm.

Looking at the export data for the first quarter of this year, excavator sales are strong. According to statistics from the General Administration of Customs, from January to March 2026, China exported a total of 86,453 excavators, nearly 40% more than the same period last year; the export value reached US$2.86 billion, an increase of 26%. The most significant growth came from Africa, with exports in the first two months increasing by 77% compared to last year; Europe also saw a 28% increase. Mini excavators have contributed considerably to this export growth.

Behind the market's enthusiasm lies a genuine shift in the needs of overseas users. In Europe and America, farmers and estate owners are increasingly demanding small equipment that can enter their yards and orchards; in Southeast Asia and Africa, municipal maintenance, pipeline renovation, and other projects also require a large number of flexible and mobile mini excavators. A salesperson familiar with the overseas market said, "Now customers not only ask about prices, but also whether different attachments can be provided and whether delivery can be fast."

Full range of tonnage, covering multiple operating scenarios

Glorymax has been exporting mini excavators for many years, with a product line covering from 0.8 tons to 4 tons, specifically including: 0.8 tons, 1 ton, 1.2 tons, 1.3 tons, 1.5 tons, 1.6 tons, 1.8 tons, 2 tons, 2.2 tons, 2.5 tons, 3 tons, 3.5 tons, and 4 tons, totaling more than ten levels.

Different tonnages correspond to different usage scenarios. The 0.8 to 1.5 ton class is suitable for confined spaces such as greenhouses, basements, orchards, and nurseries; the 1.6 to 2.5 ton class can meet the needs of daily farm maintenance, landscaping construction, and small-scale municipal repairs; the 2.8 to 4 ton class can handle more demanding tasks such as hard soil excavation, small-scale demolition, and ditch digging.

Overseas users prefer machines that can perform multiple tasks. Glorymax can customize attachments according to customer requirements—buckets, breakers, log grapples, augers, sweepers, snowplows—whatever you want. Changeovers are quick; one machine can be used for digging in the morning, breaking in the afternoon, and clearing in the evening, doing the work of several machines, saving a significant amount on initial purchase costs and subsequent maintenance expenses.

Full-process quality control, each machine is inspected before leaving the factory.

In Glorymax's assembly workshop, every machine undergoes inspection after rolling off the production line. Hydraulic pipeline sealing, travel motor drive force, joystick response sensitivity, emergency braking device effectiveness… each item has clear inspection standards. Equipment that passes inspection must also undergo a test run on a simulated working condition test track, verifying its walking and operating performance on muddy and gravel roads. Only after confirming there are no problems can it be loaded into containers for shipment.

"Overseas customers are most afraid of the hassle of repairs after equipment failure, so we try our best to identify any issues before shipment," said a quality inspector on site.

Overseas markets still have room for growth

With the continued development of global urban renewal, agricultural mechanization, and the equipment leasing market, the demand for mini excavators is still expanding. A Glorymax representative stated that the company will leverage its manufacturing capabilities and customized service advantages to continue cultivating overseas markets, providing more users with reliable and practical mini excavators.
