In order to ensure product quality, our crawler excavator main body framework with high strength alloy steel, yield strength 690 mpa, or higher tensile strength of 790 mpa or higher. The key load-bearing parts of the working device are made of special wear-resistant steel plates, with a hardness value exceeding the HB400 standard. The track chain link is manufactured through precision forging process, and the surface is treated with induction hardening, with the hardness controlled within the range of HRC50-55. The manufacturing process strictly adheres to technological standards: welding is carried out through robot automated operation, combined with ultrasonic flaw detection. The key components such as the large and small arms have undergone tempering heat treatment to relieve stress. The entire crawler excavator is treated with two coats of electrophoretic primer, and the anti-corrosion grade reaches C4 standard. Hydraulic tensioning bolt technology is used for the assembly of key parts to precisely control the preload.

Rotary Motor
