European Customers Place Orders Excavators DX370 and DX230
Recently, our construction machinery factory in Shandong Province, China, welcomed important customer representatives from Europe. The customer made a special trip to the factory to gain a deeper understanding of our production capabilities and conducted on-site testing and demonstrations of several of our tracked excavators.
During this visit, the customer focused on testing two recently popular large tracked excavator models—the DX370 and DX230. The DX370 is a 37-ton tracked excavator, primarily designed for mining, large-scale earthmoving, and high-intensity work conditions; the DX230 is a 23-ton tracked excavator, excelling in efficiency, stability, and fuel economy. Both the DX370 and DX230 are popular models in our large excavator series that have garnered significant attention in overseas markets.
As a Chinese factory with a mature manufacturing system, our large tracked excavator series adheres to high international standards in its core configurations. Both the DX370 37-ton crawler excavator and the DX230 23-ton crawler excavator come standard with Cummins engines and utilize hydraulic pumps and valves from Kawasaki, Japan. They are also equipped with Doosan travel motors, offering significant advantages in power output, motion coordination, and overall machine reliability.
At the factory in China, European customers personally operated and tested the various performance characteristics of the DX370 and DX230 crawler excavators, including the smoothness of complex movements, swing speed, digging force, and overall machine stability. After comprehensive testing, the customers highly praised the performance of the 37-ton DX370 and 23-ton DX230, stating that these crawler excavators fully meet the requirements of their European projects.
Based on their full recognition of the product quality and manufacturing capabilities, the customer confirmed their order on the spot after the visit, formally placing an order for two large tracked excavators, the DX370 and DX230. This cooperation not only demonstrates the European customer's trust in the technical strength of our Chinese factory, but also further validates the competitiveness of our 37-ton and 23-ton tracked excavators in the international market.
In the future, we will continue to leverage the manufacturing advantages of our Chinese factory to continuously optimize the performance of our large tracked excavators, such as the DX370 and DX230, providing global customers with more reliable and efficient construction machinery solutions.
