This full CARRARO driveline assembly combines Model 26.22 heavy steering axle and TLB1 UP/PD 4WD torque converter transmission, developed exclusively for medium-duty backhoe loaders. All gear components adopt precision carburizing quenching technology, matched with accurate bevel gear backlash adjustment process to deliver stable torque transfer without power loss under continuous heavy loading. The transmission equips independent hydraulic control system with 4 forward & 4 reverse gears, supporting electro-hydraulic 4WD on-demand engagement to cope with muddy, gravel and steep construction sites. The front steering axle adopts dual-stage planetary reduction wheel hubs, large steering angle and optimized kingpin structure, ensuring flexible turning and low tire wear. Multiple layers of oil seal, high-precision bearing and standard Loctite sealing accessories eliminate oil leakage issues during long-hour operation. Original CARRARO Heavy Steering Axle (Mod.26.22)

Integrated thickened axle beam, planetary epicyclic reduction wheel hubs and adjustable differential assembly. Standard 50° steering angle, precisely matched bevel gear set with 0.18–0.28mm backlash tolerance. Complete grease nipples and standardized oil drain/fill ports, durable kingpin bushings and multi-lip oil seals, suitable for long-time heavy digging and loading work of backhoe loaders.

TLB1 UP/PD 4WD Powershift Transmission

4F/4R full hydraulic powershift gearbox with SACHS torque converter, max input power 81kW. Independent 4WD solenoid valve control, built-in oil cooling circuit and multi-stage filter system. Cast iron housing with high rigidity, all shift clutches controlled by proportional hydraulic valve for smooth speed switching without impact, compatible with most 6–9 ton two-end loaders.
