Excavator In Operation Testing
Recently, a customer customized a batch of 6 ton and 23 ton crawler excavators. After our product was assembled and taken offline, we conducted excavation work testing on the equipment. This 23 ton crawler excavator has excellently completed tasks such as digging, filling, loading, leveling, and slope brushing.
Another 7ton and 8 ton crawler excavator also demonstrated excellent performance.
This batch of tracked excavators has been customized with a black body by the customer, and the 23 ton crawler excavator is equipped with a breaking hammer. Each device is equipped with a quick coupler. This greatly improves efficiency and is very labor saving when replacing accessories.
The 6 ton crawler excavator and 7.5ton excavator have the working characteristics of flexible operation and small turning radius. Can be applied to more work scenarios and specific environments for work.
The engine is selected as a Yanmar engine. The main pump adopts the Rexroth brand; Select Parker valves; Both the rotary motor and the walking motor use Sunjin brands imported from South Korea. The overall machine exhibits superior working performance. And the whole machine adopts an exclusive and efficient hydraulic control system with high operating efficiency, strong walking traction, effectively preventing soil and rock inclusion, ensuring faster operation. The high strength frame structure and larger ground clearance, safe open engine hood, and convenient and fast maintenance.
The total operating weight of the machine is 6ton/7.5ton, the bucket capacity is 0.21m ³, and the excavation force is 37.7KN. The maximum excavation depth is 3820mm and the maximum excavation height is 5760mm. The 23-ton excavator features outstanding digging force and overall performance.
